Who we are
This website is run by NIFBOLT Ltd. Registered in England and Wales.
What we do
We help people and agencies obtain Portuguese registration numbers (NIF, NISS and SNS) remotely, through a partner lawyer in Portugal. We are not a government body. The numbers are issued by the Portuguese authorities, and every request is subject to the authority's processing. We do not guarantee an outcome or a date.
Quotes
Every case is quoted individually. A quote request does not create an order. An order starts only when you accept the quote we send you.
What we need from you
- Accurate information, and documents that are genuine and belong to the person named on them.
- Your authority to act for the person concerned, if you submit a request for someone else.
- A prompt reply when we or our partner lawyer ask for something needed to continue.
Fees
Our fee is the amount in the quote you accept. It covers our work on your request, not the outcome of the authority's decision. Our Refund Policy explains what happens if you cancel.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for decisions or delays of a public authority.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
