Quote-based services

Every case is quoted individually, and the quote you accept sets out what is covered.

Before filing has started

If you cancel before we have started filing your request, contact us and we will review a refund.

After filing has started

Once filing has started, work has been carried out on your behalf, so a refund may be reduced or may not be available. A decision or delay by a public authority does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law.
